Why did you start your business?

I always dreamt about starting my own business but never knew where to start. TC:F (Tilli Conias Fitness) started during the first ever lockdown in 2020 where my members from my previous gym started contacting me asking for private training in their backyards and it grew from there. I started with 3 couples and now I have over 30 personal and corporate clients working 6 days a week.

I have been a trainer for over 8 years working for other businesses and finally I have created my own method incorporating a mix of Pilates, Strength and HIIT movement. I am a mobile trainer who comes to you in your home or office with every session specifically tailored to you and your needs.

What do you love about movement?

Connection: whether you move with with friends, family, kids or just by yourself; Movement creates such an important connection with yourself. I see first hand everyday how movement can change a person, their mindset, their day, their body and general outlook. It’s pretty bloody special.

What makes you smile?

My girls, my family & friends, my clients, a good GIF and seeing my client’s progress.

What advice do you have for other women to love the skin they are in?

Self-improvement and self-care are key. We get so distracted trying to do everything for everyone else and forget about what it truly means to look after ourselves. Forget about what society deems as happiness and just do you.

In November Tilli is participating in Movember, and has committed to completing 50 burpees each day in November (that’s 1500 total!!) She has partnered up with Lululemon so you can go in the running to win a $400 Lululemon voucher when you make a donation. This organisation is very close to her heart after losing her father to prostate cancer in 2013, so we would love if our beautiful BPM community to get behind her!
