Our signature BPM Matwork method is set to a specific beats per minute (BPM), to challenge your strength, control, and coordination. Using your own body weight or small resistance equipment, it’s a marriage of mind, body, and breath that challenges your postural habits and aligns the spine.

At BPM, we take traditional Mat Pilates and infuse it with dynamic movement sequences, inspired by our extensive background in dance and fitness. The result? A class that flows seamlessly, keeps you engaged, and challenges you in all the right ways. There’s no falling asleep on your back here!

Four rounds. Two stations. One goal - total-body strength and endurance. This high energy circuit blends HIIT, LIIT, strength training, and mobility work to challenge every muscle using the reformer and Mat. Expect a mix of intensity, precision, and dynamic movement - all set to BPM’s signature beats.

BREATHE IN, BLISS OUT.

Calling all Zen Hens - this is your time to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. Join our resident yogi, Bri, for 45 minutes of guided movement designed to balance the mind, body, and soul. Expect breathwork, flow, and a moment of stillness to reset and recharge.
