Matwork Pilates Brisbane

BPM Matwork is a modality of Pilates that is practised on a mat to a specific “beats per minute” (BPM). Using your own body weight or small resistance equipment it is a marriage of mind, body and breath. This challenges your postural tendencies and aligns the spine. At BPM, we combine traditional mat Pilates exercises with movement sequences. These are inspired by our extensive background in dance and fitness. This allows the class to flow and keep to a fun pace. There’s no falling asleep on your back here!

Reformer Pilates Brisbane

At BPM we aim to protect the integrity of Pilates and its traditional principles. Your reformer class at BPM is a small group experience where our friendly instructors can adjust your programming to suit your needs and ensure your safety as you fall in love with this functional piece of equipment.

Equipment Pilates Brisbane

Whether you have arrived at Pilates to rehabilitate an injury or are fit and able bodied, our clinical equipment studio is for you. You will be guided through individual exercises on our clinical Pilates equipment. The Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Reformer, as well as balls, bands, Pilates circles and weights.

Barre Brisbane

Barre is an absolute signature class at BPM. We use the ballet bar throughout the class. This encourages you to find the long lines of dance while challenging your body in different coordination’s and positions. IT is low impact but high intensity. We are ready for you.
