The Professional Pilates matwork Instruction Pathway builds the skills and knowledge to understand the pilates method fundamentals, pilates matwork repertoire Intro- Intermediate level including small apparatus, use of small props, progressions and regressions, “hands on” cueing techniques, planning and programming, application of the original concepts and principles of Joseph Pilates.
The Professional Pilates matwork Instruction Pathway is a comprehensive study of the Pilates matwork equipping the learner to be ready to be employed in a variety of settings including gym/fitness centres, community, professional sporting clubs, elite talent development specialised schools, secondary schools, Pilates studios, groupfit studios, personal training studios with group and or one to one matwork practicable skills and knowledge to build general strength, conditioning and fitness.
The Professional Pilates matwork Instruction Pathway is an evidence based curriculum acknowledging current research, sports medicine updates and up to date clinical practise.

Professional Pilates Reformer Instruction

The Professional Pilates reformer Instruction pathway builds the skills and knowledge to understand the pilates method fundamentals, pilates reformer repertoire Intro- Intermediate level including use of small props, progressions and regressions, “hands on” cueing techniques, planning and programming, application of the original concepts and principles developed by Joseph Pilates.
This student will be able to create effective class plans promoting functional core strength, improving physical fitness, conditioning, mental wellbeing and overall health with the ability to cater for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
The Professional Pilates Reformer Instruction Pathway is a comprehensive study of the Pilates reformer and its functioning parts equipping the learner to be ready to be employed in a variety of settings including gym/fitness centres, community, professional sporting clubs, elite talent development specialised schools, secondary schools, Pilates studios, personal training studios with the practicable skills and knowledge able to conduct pilates reformer classes for one to one/and or groups.

Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (11332NAT)

The Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (11332NAT) builds the required skills and knowledge to understand the pilates method in the traditional fully equipped pilates studio. The study of the Diploma of professional Pilates Instruction (11332NAT) with National Pilates Training takes a comprehensive approach to each of the Joseph Pilates uniquely designed apparatus including the reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac/trapeze, Ped-a-Pul, ladder Barrel, spine corrector, baby arc, matwork, small props/apparatus in applying the original Joseph Pilates concepts and principles.
As a graduate of the Diploma of professional pilates Instruction (11332NAT) you will be equipped in managing low risk conditions, have the ability to tailor programs to meet individual needs for injury prevention, sports performance enhancement, improving strength and fitness for overall general health and wellbeing.
