What do you love about movement?
After not prioritising exercise for a year, it took a toll on my health. I got back into again this year and realised how important movement is not only for my physical but also for my mental health. I feel most focused when I exercise regularly! When I start the day with BPM I feel energised and ready to take on the day :)
What makes you smile?
My furbaby, Stella. She makes me smile every single day.
What advice do you have for other women to love the skin they are in?
Believe in yourself. Be kind to yourself. Spread kindness. Focus on positives. Find what makes you happy and embrace it. Trust your gut. Follow your dreams.
