BPM Babes: Meet Roxy

Roxy Lazar Brisbane Brow Specialist

It’s hard to believe that you may not know Roxy - BPM babe, By Roxy brow boss, and most importantly best friend to Ash! This gal is one of the most sought after brow artists in the country - and she’s living out her dream with her very own salon opened just downstairs from her bestie’s business (that’s us) - despite only launching her business 18 months ago. This motivated and passionate woman doesn’t take herself too seriously, but she’s booked out for months in advance, sculpting the brows on some of Australia’s most influential faces, all whilst being a devoted fiancé, sister, daughter, Aunty and friend. So as it is International Day of Friendship, what better time to formally introduce her to the BPM community!?

Why did you become a brow artist?

I became a Brow artist pretty much at the age of 15 when I was studying beauty part time aswell as high school. I found myself always telling my beauticans to not go to thin with my brows and to keep them far away from the tadpole brow. I always had a passion for beauty, socialising and meeting new people so this industry gave me just that and I haven’t left since.

What do you love about movement?

Movement is probably the best thing we can do for not only our bodies but our minds. I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with my body but when I move my mind clears and the negative energy leaves.

What makes you smile?

Good food, good company, my family and all things LOVE

What advice do you have for other women to love the skin they are in?

We don’t get to choose our genetics so love your body, protect it, be kind to it and it will do the same for you
