Chicken wellness bowl recipe

Ok for those of you who know me I am no chef. Sometimes I mess up cereal. BUT, this fool proof wellness bowl is the best way to get in your daily five.

What you’ll need:

Firstly I organise my protein (or vegetarian equivalent). Personally, I’ll roast some chicken tenders otherwise I poach some chicken breast.

1-2 boiled eggs, any fresh selection of chopped salad, boiled edamame beans and a rice cup.

Place the cooked rice cup into the base of the bowl, spread your freshly chopped salad ingredients, add your protein and your boiled egg.

I like to pop some Japanese mayonnaise and soy sauce on top for flavour.
