Coconut Lemon Bliss Balls

Makes 25 balls
Takes 15 minutes
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan

What you’ll need

  • 150g dates

  • 300g almonds

  • 150g desiccated coconut (plus more to coat)

  • Zest & juice ½ lemon

  • Pinch salt

The nitty gritty

  1. Pit the dates and combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend till all ingredients come together well. 

  3. If the mixture is a little dry, mix in a teaspoon of water at a time till it comes together. 

  4. Roll the balls into small balls and coat in the remainder of desiccated coconut. 

  5. Place in an airtight container and in the fridge to set.
